Set variable

  1. If necessary, position the recording bar at the desired location. See also Test Case – Editing / Position recording bar.
  2. Click on the recording bar and select the “Set variable” function in the function menu.
  3. Enter a variable name or select a variable and assign a value to it.
  4. Analogous to the “Set Field” function, the “Select Operation” button can be used to select various operations for the field.
  5. Accept your entries with the “Add” button.
