Main Menu

The main menu of the suxxesso Test Pilot includes the following functions:

• New Test Case
• Open test case / Recently opened test cases
• Save Test Case
• Save test case as
• Export to Word
• Settings
• Playback delay
• Screen recording
• Keep test pilot in foreground
• Hide inactive steps
• Information about the installed version

 

 

Open test case:

You have 2 options to open a test case from the main menu:

• Open Test Case: The list of displayed test cases is controlled by the selection of workspaces and an optional entry in the search window.
• Recently opened test cases: The number of recently opened test cases displayed is controlled by Settings/General.

 

Save Test Case / Save As:

1. Select the workspace where the test case should be saved.
2. Enter the name of the test case.
3. Save the test case.

 

Export to Word:

Settings:

For more information, see the “General Settings” chapter.

 

Playback delay in seconds:

You can use the “Playback delay in seconds” slider to slow down the playback speed of the test case.
This setting only affects the execution in suxxesso Test Pilot, not those in suxxesso Data Manager or suxxesso Test Cockpit.

 

Screen recording:

Hide inactive steps:

Keep Test Pilot in foreground:

You can fix the suxxesso Test Pilot in the foreground via the option “Keep Test Pilot in foreground”. This will not overlay any other window on top of the active Test Pilot window.

 

About Test Pilot:

In this window you get all the info (version, licenses, used screens, …) about the currently launched instance of suxxesso Tool Suite.
This information is important when you open a ticket in the support desk.
