Decision trees

You can use decision trees to influence the course of test cases via conditions.

1. Select one or more steps of a recording and press the button “Execute selected steps only conditionally” in the context menu in the lower area of the suxxesso Test Pilot.
2. The decision tree step is now displayed in your recording.
3. Edit the step with the “Edit step” button.
4. Click on the “Open condition steps” area.
5. Enter a test condition (e.g. verification of a field).
6. If required, enter further check conditions. These are linked with “And” and must all be fulfilled.
7. Exit the conditions area using the “Back arrow”.
8. Optionally, click the “+ Add Case” button to add another condition branch. You will get
   • another “Open condition steps” area
   • another “Open steps” area.
9. Optionally click on the “Open alternative steps” area to enter the steps in case the condition or conditions are not fulfilled.
10. Confirm the entries with the “Apply” button.
