Create execution plan

To be able to schedule the execution of one or more test plans, the suxxesso Test Cockpit offers the possibility to create execution plans.

1. Select the “Execution plans” tab in the main window of the suxxesso Test Cockpit.
2. Click the “Create execution plan” button.
3. Enter the following data for the execution plan:
   • Name of the execution plan
   • Date of execution
   • Time of execution
   • Repetitions incl. time limit (optional)
4. Set the following options for the execution plan:
   • Pause
   • Run as soon as possible after a scheduled start is missed
   • Execute test plans in parallel
   • Record screen
5. Press the “Add test plan” button.
6. Select a test plan and confirm the selection by pressing the “Add” button.
7. For the added test plan, select a connection for the test data selection, a role with which the test plan is to be executed and,  if required, the browser.
8. Repeat steps 5 – 7 for all test plans to be executed in this execution plan.
9. Confirm your entries with the “Create” button.
10. Now a task will be created in the Windows Scheduler, which will start it at the specified time.

Remark:
Make sure that the SAP logon is started at the time of execution by starting it manually or setting up automatic start under General settings / Settings – Test Case Execution.
