Assemble text

  1. If necessary, position the recording bar at the desired location. See also Test Case – Editing / Position recording bar.
  2. Click on the recording bar and select the “Assemble text” function in the function menu.
  3. Enter the desired combination of values and variables under “Compose”.
    • You can add additional parameters using the “Add” button (next to “Compose”).
    • Use the button to the left of the parameter to define whether it is a value or a variable.
    • The currently composed text is displayed below.
  4. Enter the variable to which you want to assign the combination.
  5. Confirm your entries with the “Add” button.
